We knew right away this was the one. Our agent guided us through the process, first by placing a contract to buy our dream home. Next, Sabrina Stewart came prepared with all the documentation to purchase the house. We bought the townhouse in less than 45 days. She was very helpful and informed in preparing the paperwork for closing. We followed her advice during the negotiation process, and everything went smoothly. Sabrina became our best friend she guided us every step of the way. She made sure as we moved forward that we were well informed and that we agreed with everything taking place.
