A Cambridge resident for the past 22 years, Teresa has established a strong connection with the community. She has volunteered and collaborated with local running crews, such as Pioneers Run Crew, The Heartbreak Running Co., and TrailblazHers Run Co. Through these organizations she has worked to support mental health and empower women and minorities in her community she is proud to call home. In her free time, Teresa loves to run, travel the world and spend time with her family and friends. She is a proud three-time marathoner of Baystate (2017), Paris (2018), and Chicago (2018). She is proficient in multiple languages; English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Cape Verdean Creole.
 
Teresa has many years of experience effectively advocating on behalf of her patients in the healthcare industry, and she will use those same values and work ethic to achieve her client’s goals in real estate. Her main priority is to provide the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn trust, repeat business, and referrals.
